What is included in the Basic Insurance Rate?

How do I know if my booking are confirmed?

If you have made it through our website or by phone, you will receive an email confirming your reservation in a less than 1 hour from your request.

Until what time can I pick up my rental car at Menorca Airport?

Our customer service hours at the Menorca Airport office are from 07:00 to 22:00. If the arrival or departure of your flight occurs outside these hours, we have delivery and pick-up service after hours. After Hours Service. Where do I pick up my rental car at Menorca Airport?

Upon arrival in Menorca, our Autos valls rent a car staff will wait for you at the Meeting point of the Public Parking P1 .

How do I locate the Meeting Point P1.

The Meeting Point is located outside the arrivals terminal in Public Parking P1.

Exit the terminal, cross the street and enter Public Parking P1.

Once in the Parking, turn left. From there you will see the Meeting Point and our Courtesy Bus will take you to our offices.

IMPORTANT: (You should NOT go to the “Parking Rent a car”).

What types of payment are accepted to book a car?

We accept payments in cash, debit or credit card. We accept payment for your rental car even if you are not the main driver.

Are all the cars insured?

Yes,

All our rental cars and motorcycles have compulsory insurance, occupants and voluntary civil liability up to € 50,000,000

Can be hired Premium All Risk Insurance and add more coverage from the web in the extras section.

¿How can I rent or reserve a car?

Can I change or modify my car reservation after receiving the confirmation voucher ???

Where can I pick up the car and where should I return it?

You can pick up the car in one office and return it in a different one, informing at least 2 days in advance and paying the charges established in the General Current Rate for change of location or one way.

What should I do if the rental car breaks down?

If you have a breakdown,

First, get to safety. Wear the reflective vest and position the fault triangles at least 50 meters from the vehicle.

We deliver rental cars and motorcycles, we have a free minibus service to pick up clients in the port of Mahon and Menorca Airport, we can also deliver the rental car to the location of your choice for a small additional fee.

When is the deposit unblocked?

If you return the rental car or motorcycle with the same amount of fuel, on the day and at the time and the keys in the same conditions as they were delivered to you, the deposit is immediately unlocked and you are given a bank receipt.

By blocking the amount of the deposit and unlocking the day of the return of the vehicle, you will not see any movement in the bank or account since it is a blocking of the balance on your credit card.
Once unlocked by Autos Valls, the availability of the amount of the deposit will depend on each financial institution. The unlock period can be from 1 hour to 4 days according to the bank.

If the deposit is collected with a debit card, the maximum time for its return is usually 10 to 15 days (from the date of return of the vehicle)

Free cancellations by Covid-19 or force major or isolation?

We have made the decision to offer free and unlimited modifications, cancellations in case of restrictions caused by Covid-19. How much deposit will I have to leave when I rent my car?

If this is the first time you are renting a car with us, you should know that you will have to leave a deposit when we deliver your rental car or motorcycle. The usual thing is that the deposit is blocked on a credit / debit card at the same time of collection, so it is important that you make sure you have sufficient funds so that we can carry out the blocking.
