The minimum age depends on the type of vehicle. For scooters, the minimum age is 19. For basic cars (Group B), you must be at least 21 years old.

For higher category vehicles, automatic or electric cars, the minimum age can be 24, 26 or 28 depending on the model.

As with age, this depends on the vehicle group. For scooters, we require between 1 and 3 years of experience (depending on engine size and licence type).

For standard cars, a minimum of 3 years is required, and for premium or convertible vehicles, at least 4 years of driving experience.

Vehicle collection is quick and easy. You only need:

• Valid ID card or passport
• Driving licence valid in the EU (original format)
• Bank card in the name of the main driver

Our basic rate (CDW) includes mandatory insurance and unlimited third-party liability.

However, this insurance includes an excess and does not cover damage to the undercarriage, wheels or tyres.

Yes, with the basic rate. The excess is the maximum amount you are liable for in case of damage.

For greater peace of mind, we recommend our Premium Rate (FDW), which reduces or removes the excess (excluding negligence, lost keys or damage from driving on unpaved roads).

Yes, depending on the rate, you can reduce or remove the excess with additional coverage.

At Autos Valls, you can pay by credit card, debit card or cash.

Regardless of the payment method, a deposit will always be blocked on a valid card until the vehicle is returned.

Yes, this is the preferred option for most of our customers. We deliver the vehicle at the arrivals terminal or at our airport office just 2 minutes away.

This way you avoid waiting and can start your trip immediately.

Please confirm if returning the vehicle to a different location is allowed.

No. Without written authorisation from Autos Valls, it is strictly forbidden to transport the vehicle on ferries or other maritime transport.

Doing so will void the insurance and you will be responsible for all associated costs.

Yes, depending on the rate, changes or cancellations may be free if made in advance.

We recommend checking the terms and conditions before booking.

If you provide your flight number, we can track your arrival and coordinate the vehicle delivery.

If your flight is delayed, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

This allows us to offer alternative delivery options, even outside office hours (until 00:00).

Yes, at our airport office (POIMA) between 22:00 and 00:00, with a surcharge of €35.00.

Yes, up to 2 additional drivers can be added per contract.

Depending on the rate, this may be free or cost €4.50 per day (VAT included).
